Synchronicity

Synchronicity is a term popularised by psychologist Carl Jung to describe meaningful coincidences that appear connected despite having no obvious causal relationship. These events often feel significant because they occur at precisely the right moment or carry personal meaning.

Examples of synchronicity may include repeatedly encountering the same symbol, meeting a person unexpectedly after thinking about them or receiving information that perfectly aligns with a current situation.

Many spiritual traditions view synchronicities as signs of guidance, alignment or communication from higher levels of consciousness. Others see them as natural psychological patterns that help individuals recognise meaning within their lives.

Regardless of interpretation, synchronicity remains a fascinating phenomenon that encourages reflection, awareness and curiosity about the interconnected nature of experience.
